All aboard the Titanic!

After learning about what happened to the Titanic in 1912, today KS1 and 2 experienced life on board our version of the Titanic Ship, taking the role of many of the real passengers that were on board on that fateful night. Children learned about their character, and carried out the actions they took as the Titanic was sinking, some surviving by getting in a life boat and some not. Children fully embraced the experience, had a fantastic time and showed great empathy to victims and survivors of the Titanic.

  2. When I went into school at lunchtime after the Titanic the children were really buzzing! They told me all about the learning they had done ‘on-board’ and they were very insightful in their comments. Looks like an amazing time!
